ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is a set of the quality management system standard developed by an internationally selected standards committee, and its certificate guarantees that KPP Zipper fulfills the specified requirements for quality management and customer service and maintains these good practices.

ISO 14001
The ISO 14001 is a globally accepted standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO) for the implementation of an environmental management system(EMS).
Along with other standards in the ISO 14000 family, ISO 14001 provides a comprehensive guideline for all areas of EMS, including labeling, performance evaluation, communications and life-cycle analysis.
The ISO 14001 standard was published in 1996 and is the most important part of the ISO 14000 family. An organization may align its operations to the ISO 14001 framework by identifying the actions that have an effect on the environment and gaining an insight on relevant laws.
The organization can then form objectives for improvement, and put in place a management program for proper implementation and improvement.

Oeko-Tex® Standard 100
The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 is a globally uniform testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. The harmful substances under testing include substances that are prohibited or regulated by law and chemicals that are known to be detrimental to human health. The test also contains a precautionary measure necessary to safeguard health. Oeko-Tex® Certificate and labels are granted to manufacturers only after products of interest and all components and accessories are subject to extensive laboratory tests and comply with the specified test criteria without exception. Note that ‘Class I’ means that the most strict test criteria are used for testing and that the KPP Zipper products are safe for children and infants.

TQP
TQP is a site evaluation program to ensure product safety and consistency of US CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) - tested vendors and trim suppliers that manufacture children's products. The aim of the program is to ensure product safety and quality expectations are built into the children’s apparel and footwear manufacturing process, thereby minimizing risks from product recalls and test failures.
Our firm has passed the TQP evaluation and has therefore obtained the privilege to supply zippers to "Target" and "Target suppliers".

R&D Center
